Welcome to the Walker Township Volunteer Fire Company's webpage. The Walker Township Fire Company was established in 1956 and has proudly served the 4,000 plus residents of Walker Township for over 50 years.

Walker Township is located in the northern portion of Centre County, Pennsylvania. Walker Township is a combination of agricultural farmland, suburban style residential housing developments, and forested mountain terrain. Our coverage area includes the villages of Zion, Mingoville, Hublersburg, Snydertown, and Nittany, along with portions of Marion Township.

Our Main Station, located at 125 Firehouse Lane in Hublersburg.
Engine 1614, Rescue 1618, Tanker 1619 and Brush 1625 are all housed here

Our Zion Substation, located just of East College Avenue in Zion.
This station was constructed in 2004 and greatly reduced response times the the southern end of our coverage area.
Engine 1610, Utility 1636 and Nittany Wildland Firefighters Brush 9325 are all housed here.
